Basic repairs to get you working again can normally be carried out on the same day. Older machines will generally take longer.

Repairs are normally carried out at our premises in Llanbradach to minimise the cost to you, however, if necessary we will arrange to collect or deliver your machine at no extra charge.

More comprehensive repairs (including upgrades and/or data and program retrieval) may take longer.
